A women’s circle to awaken our mind, body and soul as we open and expand our hearts to possibility and abundance.
Do you feel numb or shut off from parts of yourself?
Do you feel powerless in your life?
Are you hiding from the truth of how you really feel?
In this month’s circle we’re exploring what it means and feels like to truly awaken, and be fully present with the magic and possibility of life.
We’ll be honest about what’s going on for us, and identify where we’ve been unwilling to confront the truth. We’ll ask brave questions and let go of what is no longer serving us.
We’ll awaken our energy, our life force, and step fully into our power. We’ll connect with the energy of Mother Earth and our higher power.
All of this is possible in circle when we step into our sovereignty, and be brave, vulnerable and open hearted with each other.
Come to circle and experience:
- MEDITATION to ground into the space and be utterly present.
- INTIMATE SHARING to connect, explore, reflect and embody the theme of trust.
- MOVEMENT to feel, move, release any emotions that come alive from sharing your heart.
