Mystik Sky Services

We are committed to providing exceptional spiritual services, including tarot readings, energy healing, and mediumship sessions. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.



Refunds and Rescheduling:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals:

  • No-Shows: No-shows are not eligible for refunds. However, we understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full session fees will still apply.

 

 

Chaining Amy Creations

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade chainmaille creations. If you are not happy with your item, please review our return policy below.

 



Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged.

        Shipping Returns

        To return your product, please contact us for the appropriate return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
